Washer Mod
Der Washer Mod verringert die Anpresskraft
des ILM auf die CPU. Der Heatspreader wird
dadurch deutlich weniger verformt. Diese
Modifikation wird von uns empfohlen.
5. Montage des CPU-Kühler
Für die Nutzung eines HEATKILLER IV CPU
Wasserkühler,
bitte
die
beiliegenden
Gewindestifte in die Stehbolzen und dann
durch das Mainboard in die Backplate
einschrauben.
Diese HEATKILLER® LGA 1700 HEAVY
BACKPLATE ermöglicht auch die Montage von
CPU-Kühlern anderer Hersteller, welche M4
Gewinde
zur
Befestigung
ihres
Montagesystems nutzen.
Washer Mod

of the ILM on the CPU. The heatspreader is
therefore deformed significantly less. This
modification is recommended by us.
5. Mounting the CPU Cooler
To use a HEATKILLER IV CPU watercooler,
please screw the included set screws into the
studs and then through the mainboard into the
backplate.
This HEATKILLER® LGA 1700 HEAVY
BACKPLATE also allows the mounting of CPU
coolers from other manufacturers, which use
M4 threads for securing their mounting system.
