If the SIP Desk Phone does not turn on or does not work properly please refer on below solutions

Indoor monitor does not turn on
Make sure to connect POE or 12VDC
Indoor monitor no network connection
Please make sure that indoor monitor is set to
DHCP to get IP from the network
Indoor monitor not receiving calls
Make sure to setup the SIP account or a proper IP
address to dial
