Make sure the DisplayPort is connected to a source device
(PC/laptop) and the HDMI is plugged into a display (monitor, TV,
projector).

. Keep all connections tight, and reboot your devices for making a
handshake protocol.

. Select the correct HDMI signal source in the display setting.

Supported resolutions and refresh rates of the cable are dependent
on the specification of the following devices. If either of the above
requirements is not fulfilled, you cannot enjoy 4K at 30Hz refresh
