Introduction
The RFC-100 Control is a relay operated, brake or
clutch control for use with the supplied radio frequency
(RF) handheld remote. An Emergency E-stop is also
integrated for manual operation to disengage a clutch or
brake.
It should not be used to directly power Warner Electric
permanent magnet electrically released brakes as these
units require an adjustable current or voltage supply to
provide optimum release.
During normal operation, the E-Stop switch will illuminate
with a red LED and the light will be turned off when the
knob has been depressed. To release the E-stop switch,
the user must twist the red knob clockwise as shown in
Figure 1.

Description
2-Button Rechargeable Remote Transmitter
The remote control will transmit for up to 9 hours on a
single charge. The internal battery does not need to be
replaced. The transmitter can be connected to a USB
outlet and recharged for another 9 hours of transmission
via the micro USB port on the bottom of the remote.
The transmitter is supplied with a charging kit that
includes a USB cable and wall charger.
The transmitter is designed to be waterproof to an IP65
level (protection from dust, rain and water spray). It is not
deigned to be submerged.
