4.  Install the mount, to existing mounting holes, using the two 

flange head bolts (B1), washers (B2) and locknuts (B3).

 

NOTE:  In some cases its easier to attach the power leads to 

the winch before installing the winch

.

5.  Install winch to mount using hardware and instructions 

included in your winch kit.  

NOTE:  Be sure winch clutch dial 

is on passenger side of vehicle..

6.  Install wiring per winch installation instructions.

7.  If you have an AXON winch follow the two steps below, if 

you do not have an AXON winch - skip to step 8.

 

a.   Use the two spacers (A2) (one on each side) at the    

 

bottom of the bumper before securing to the vehicle.   

 

The spacer will fit between of vehicle frame and bumper.

 

b.  Using the lower factory hardware (removed in step 3)  

 

to secure bumper with spacer to vehicle’s rearest    

 

mounting hole.  Refer to exploded view on page 3.
