Warmos Wieras Installation and User Guide 2
Attaching the feet
Turn the heater upside down, screw the feet onto the brackets and press the white paws onto the ends of the
feet. Put the heater in place. Wheels are available as accessories. Note the safety distances when placing the
heater. The safety distance is 50mm on each side and 100mm upwards.
Electrical connection
Connect the heater plug to the nearest socket. You do not need an electrician to install this heater.
Operation
Switch the power on to position I on the O/I switch. The thermostat regulates the room temperature
automatically. The thermostat is adjusted on a scale of 1 to 5, where the number 3 corresponds to a room
temperature of about 20 °C. If the room temperature does not rise sufficiently even though the heater is
constantly heating, the power of the heater is too low for the space.
The heater must not be covered. If the surface temperature rises too high due to it being covered, for example,
the overheating trigger switches off the electric current of the heater at 90 °C. In this case, an electrician must
reinstall the thermostat, after which the heater is operational again. The heater must not be used if the mains
cable is damaged.
The ingress protection rating of the heater is IP20, which means it may only be used in dry spaces and not in
the immediate vicinity of a shower, for example. The heater oil is non-freezing and has a pour point of -42 °C, so
the heater will not be damaged and will remain in working condition even if left in cold conditions for a long
time.
Maintenance
When properly positioned and installed, Warmos heaters are durable and long-lasting and do not require
actual maintenance. However, we recommend wiping dust and other impurities off the heater surface from
time to time. The surface can be wiped with a damp cloth. In case of problems, consult the manufacturer or an
electrician.
Warranty
Frame warranty 10 years, thermostat warranty 2 years.
