POSITIONING OF THE HEATER

The heater should only be operated at a

other object. Always position the air flow so
that it will optimise the heating of the room.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE

Note:

When switched on for the first time a

slight odour may be emitted for a few minutes.
This is harmless and occurs with most
appliances as slight traces of dust or lubricants
may have collected during manufacture.

5.  Place the heater on a level surface in a

stable upright position.

6.  Ensure power switches are in the “O”

(OFF) position and the thermostat is also
in the “•” (OFF) position.

7.  Unwind the power cord and plug your

heater into a power socket (observing
the instructions regarding   positioning).
Ensure the voltage on the specification
plate is the same as in your home and the
power cord is lying safely on the ground.

8.  Switch the heater ON by selecting:

•  Power setting I – 1000W

•  Power setting II – 1500W

power switch and thermostat function are
activated.

10.   The red indicator light will turn on when

both thermostat control and power switch
are activated.

turning the thermostat dial clockwise to

3.  your room, first set the knob to the

maximum position. As soon as the
temperature is comfortable, turn the
thermostat down slowly, until the heater

surrounding air at this set temperature
by switching on and off at intervals. The
indicator light lights up when the heater
is on.

4.  To switch the heater off fully, turn the

power switches to “O” and the thermostat
to “•”. The indicator light will also turn off.
