ASSEMBLY
Before using the heater, the
feet (supplied separately in
the carton), must be fitted
to the unit. These are to
be attached to the base
of the heater using the 4 self-tapping screws
provided, taking care to ensure that they are
located correctly in the bottom ends of the
heater side mouldings.
USING YOUR APPLIANCE
NOTE: It is normal for the heater to emit some
smell and fumes when it is turned on for the
first time or has been turned on after a long
period of non-use. This will disappear after the
heater has been on for a short while.
1. Choose a suitable location for the heater,
taking into account the safety instructions.
2. Insert the plug of the heater into a suitable
socket.
3. Turn the thermostat knob fully in a
clockwise direction to the maximum
setting.
4. There are 3 heat settings, 750W, 1250W
& 2000W. To use your first heat setting,
select the switch under the 750W mark.
To use the second heat setting only turn
on the switch under the 1250W mark. To
use your third setting of 2000W, press
both switches at the same time. The
power indicator light will light up once the
switch is in the on position.
5. When the desired room temperature
has been reached, the thermostat knob
should be turned slowly anti-clockwise
until the thermostat is heard to click off
and the lights on the element switches are
seen to go out.
6. After this the heater will keep the air
temperature in the room at the set
temperature by switching on and off
automatically.
