Try some of these great juice recipes for the whole family.
Note:
All recipes make 1 cup (1 serving) unless specified otherwise. Use fresh, clean in-
gredients unless specified otherwise. Follow best judgment for approximations (≈).
Before drinking juices created with 2 or more fruits or vegetables, stir to ensure
an even blend. Some recipes include optional directions: following these will not
significantly change flavor. Experiment with your own recipes too.
All-Fruit Juices
Apple-Orange Juice
Major Nutrients: Vitamins A, B, C
Ingredients:
2 apples (8 oz. each)
2 oranges (5 oz. each)
Use hard apples for best results. Core and slice apples. Peel and cut oranges. Add
apples, then oranges, to juicer.
Apple-Pear-Cherry Juice
Major Nutrients: Vitamins A, B, C, E
Ingredients:
1 apple (8 oz.)
2 soft pears (8 oz. each)
½ cup fresh or thawed cherries (no pits)
Core and slice apple and pears. Add
ingredients to juicer.
Optional: Remove ¼- to ½-cup of leftover pulp and mix into juice. Garnish with fresh
cherries and serve chilled.
