Insert the Spear Pickets

(B)

and Flat Top

Pickets

(C)

, in an alternating pattern, into

the Horizontal Rail

(E)

and align the holes

in the pickets with the holes in the rail.

Note:

For ease of

assembly use a large,

flat, clean surface

(i.e. - garage floor, or

ideally an elevated

table with a drop

cloth to protect the

materials from getting

scratched).
