Also, data from an optional optode oxygen sensor (O2) and two
more auxiliary sensors (Aux1 and Aux2) can be displayed.
7.2.3 Quenching Analysis
The window provides a complete overview on fluorescence lev-
els and fluorescence ratio quotients calculated by the MINI-PAM-
II or WinControl-3. Data line 2 to data line 4, compare data of the
light exposed sample (left) with data of the dark-acclimated sam-
ple (right).
