THIRD STAGE, SILICON GEL:
This stage removes most gaseous impurities. Regeneration restores silicon gel to its original conditions.
After 12 months, a message will appear to replace silica gel to always guarantee excellent TD
3
PRO
performance.
To replace silicon gel: carefully read the instructions enclosed in the ThermoKit (Ref. 60134).
FOURTH STAGE, ACTIVE CARBON FILTER:
This filter removes gaseous pollutants from the air, making it breathable (photo 15-16). This filter cannot clog but may
lose efficiency in time. Replacing this filter every six months is recommended for best TD
3
PRO
performance.
To replace the active carbon filter:
- turn off TD
3
PRO
compressed air and power;
- drain the TD 3
PRO
until pressure gauges indicate zero pressure;
- replace the active carbon filter with the one supplied in the ThermoKit;
- repeat the operations in reverse order.
SURFACE CLEANING
Only use a cloth dampened with water. Do not use solvents.
BREATHABLE AIR
TD
3
PRO
is not equipped with CO and CO
2
detector. Use mignon plug X90 to joint it.
SECOND STAGE, DE-GREASER:
Periodically open the oil drain and drain any accumulated oil (photo 14).
A message will appear after 12 months to replace the oil filter as follows:
- turn off TD
3
PRO
compressed air and power;
- drain the TD
3
PRO
until pressure gauges indicate zero pressure;
- unscrew and remove the corresponding container tube, as performed for the first stage;
- unscrew the filter element and replace it with the one supplied in the ThermoKit (Ref. 60134), as performed for the
first stage;
- repeat the operations in reverse order.
