In the event of functional disruptions, check the following:

The pump does not
pump oil.
The pump's return valve is open
Low oil level in the pump
Pump defective
Deformed hydraulic hose
Leaking hoses or seals
The pump's venting function is
blocked
Scrap has fastened on the valve
seat
Oil temperature too low.
Incorrect oil viscosity.
The pump is not standing upright.
Defective return spring on the
pedal
Close the return valve.
Fill with the right oil.
Service the pump
Replace hydraulic hoses
Replace hoses or seals, service
Remove the transport guard
Cleaning the pump
Working temperature 15-45 °C.
Switch to the right oil.
The pump must stand flat.
Replace the springs
The hose coupling
cannot be connected to
the tool.
Pump and hydraulic hose
pressurised
Coupling/nipple defective
Open the return valve
Replace the Coupling/nipple
The tool driven by the
pump moves jerkily.
Air in the hydraulic system
Vent the hydraulic system
See the instruction for each hydraulic
cylinder
Oil sprays out of the
pump when servicing.
The pump is pressurised when it is
dismantled.
The pump must always be
depressurised when serviced and the
oil drained.
Tools connected to the
pump do not return.
Quick connector not connected
The pump's return valve is closed
Deformed hydraulic hose
External tool defective
Connect the quick connector
Open the return valve
Replace hydraulic hoses
No action on the pump.
