Operation
Operation Guide
1.
Waldorf Electrical Griddles have been designed to provide simplicity of operation and 100% safety
protection.
2.
Improper operation is therefore almost impossible, however bad operation practices can reduce the
life of the griddle and produce a poor quality product. To use this appliance correctly please read
the following sections carefully:-

1.
Turn 'ON' the power at the mains supply, the green neon will illuminate.
2.
Turn the thermostat control knob to the desired temperature. When the amber neon goes out, the
desired temperature has been reached and the griddle is ready for use.
NOTE:
Turning the control to a higher setting than required will not shorten the heat up time.
3.
To turn 'OFF' the griddle, turn the thermostat control knob to the lowest setting and turn 'OFF' the
mains power to the griddle.
4.
Both the amber and green neons should not be illuminated.
