IMPORTANT 

The mains lead of this appliance is not replaceable b the 

user. If the supply cord of this toaster is damaged it must 

only be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised 

repairer.

IMPORTANT NOTES

WARNING: The temperature of the outer shell may cause 

burning. Always allow the toaster to cool down before 

attempting to more the toaster.

Never lift the toaster by placing you fingers inside the 

toaster slots.

Never attempt to remove the bread that has jammed in the 

slots without first unplugging from the mains and allowing 

to cool completely. Never insert a fork or other metal 

objects into toasting slots. Be careful not to damage the 

internal mechanics or heating elements when removing 

jammed bread.

Avoid toasting foods with runny frosting, icings or open 

filling. Also, avoid torn slices of bread and broken pastries 

that may become lodged in the toaster.

For best results, clean crumb tray frequently. this can be 

done by sliding open the crumb tray at the bottom of the 

toaster. Crumbs can then be tipped out. Always ensure 

that the toaster is unplugged from mains and cool before 

doing this.

Keep the toaster away from small children when in 

operation.

TOASTING OPERATION

There are 3 functions (cancel, reheat and defrost) and 

seven browning degrees.

NOTE: WHEN FIRST USED, YOUR TOASTER MAY 

SMOKE SLIGHTLY. ANY SMOKE OR ODOUR IS 

NORMAL AND WILL NOT REOCCUR AFTER A FEW 

USES.
