The settings for general TCP/IP parameters are located on the “Networking >
Host/Domain Name” page.
7.5.14.1 "Hostname" Group

Parameters
Explanation
Currently used
If you have selected dynamic assignment of an IP
address via DHCP, the name of the host currently
being used is displayed.
Configured
Enter the hostname of your panel that is then used if
the network interface is changed to a static IP
address or if no hostname is assigned per DHCP
response.
Click on
[Submit]
to apply a change. It is effective immediately.
If a host name is supplied via a DHCP response, this is active in the system. If
there are several network interfaces with DHCP always the last received host
name is valid.
If only the host name configured here is to be valid, the configuration of the
DHCP server must be adapted so that no host names are transferred in the DHCP
response.
