Machine is not working.
There is no movement of air.

Check to see if the power is on.

Machine works, but the air quality is
still poor.

Heavy, long-term pollution may require 1-2
extra cycles.

Machine is making a strange noise.

Be sure you have removed the plastic bag
from the filter.

Be sure there is nothing blocking the air
inlet/outlet.

If unusual operation persists, contact
customer service.

Air Purifier stop working by itself.

Unit have built-in safety switch. Please
unplug power cord and let it cool down for
about 30 min then turn it back ON.
