8. SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE
8.1 How to order spare parts?
Always supply the following information to ensure delivery of the right spare part:
Part No., description and quantity.
The quantity need not be the same as the number given in the "Quantity" column. This
number merely indicates the how many of the respective parts are used in each sub-
assembly.
The following information is also required to ensure smooth processing of your order:
Address for the invoice
Address for delivery
Name of the person to be contacted in the event of any queries
Type of delivery required
