CLEAN UP

21. Lock gun, reduce pressure and turn Prime/Spray

22. Lay unit back on handle so inlet valve is facing

upward.  Clean threads of inlet valve with a damp
cloth.  Fill inlet valve with light household oil.  See
Figure 43.  Slowly increase pressure to distribute the
oil through the pump.  Turn Prime/Spray Knob from
prime

25. Wipe entire unit, hose and gun with a damp cloth to

remove accumulated paint.

23. Turn Prime/Spray Knob to prime

sure, shut sprayer off.  Unplug sprayer.  Refer to
Pressure Relief.

24. Remove and clean suction set filter in clean water or

solvent with soft brush.  Reassemble.

IMPORTANT!

Proper cleaning and oiling of  the pump after use
are the most important steps you can take to insure
proper operation after storage.
