WARNING

Children cannot sense the dangers caused by improper handling of
electrical devices.  Therefore, do not let children use this cooler/warmer
except under supervision

Do not carry the cooler by the cable or pull the cable to remove the
plug from the socket.  Protect the cable from heat, oil, solvents, sharp
objects or anything that could damage the insulation

Inspect the cooler cable and any extension leads used periodically for
excessive wear or damage.

Operate the unit only with the cord provided.  Store cord inside the unit
to prevent misplacing.

Do not hold the plug with wet or moist hands.

Unplug unit before starting the vehicle, then re-plug in the appliance
after the vehicle is running, as the voltage surge could damage the unit.

Switch off and wait for 30 minutes before switching from Cool to Heat
or vice versa.

Do not use in badly ventilated areas.  Excessive heat will be discharged
and fresh air brought in.  Good ventilation is essential to avoid over-
heating.  The internal fuse may be damaged and lose its power if used
in badly ventilated places.  Do not cover the vent.

Do not place in a sealed car or in a trunk.  Never obstruct the air flow.
Never use the appliance in closed rooms without a supply of fresh air.

Remove any tar or rust.  Don’t plug into lighter socket of a 24V lorry or
bus.  Use an adaptor when used in a lorry or bus.  Use extension cord if
it is too short (10A or above, available at car accessory shops)

Do not put any foreign objects into the fan during operation. Avoid
using on grassy areas since grass may enter the fan.

Pay special attention to the batteries when in use.   Pull the plug from
power source after use.  Power source may still run depending on the
over-heating of the batteries.

The lighter uses 12V batteries and 15A fuse.

Do not immerse the appliance or the 12V adaptor in water.

Do not put ice or icepack in the cooler.

Appliance is suitable for camping use, but not when exposed to rain.

In heating mode, metal parts inside the unit become very hot.  Do not touch metal
parts if the unit is being/was operated in heating mode.
