Q: Does the lock have a physical backup key?
A: No, the lock does not include the mechanical key override. It can only be unlocked by entering the
pin code, the keycard, tag or the APP.
*The L701 with cylinder aperture (physical key) is a customized product which will be shipped from

Q: Is it possible to have a gateway to access locks remotely?
A: Under the current plan, our lock will only be compatible with the WAFERLOCK R400 gateway
which is planning to be released in the near future. R400 gateway connects to the lock via Zigbee,
users can access the device remotely via the internet.
