Installing the coffee maker

NOTICE!
Only install the appliance on surfaces which are heat-resistant and
damp-proof.
You can mount the coffee maker on a wall using the wall bracket (fig.
3
,
page 3) or you can use the base plate for a flat surface (fig.
5
, page 3).
Mounting on the wall
➤
Mount the wall bracket with two screws, washers and M 4 nuts on a suit-
able wall (fig.
3
A, page 3).
➤
Insert the appliance onto the wall bracket (fig.
3
B, page 3).
The appliance must click into the wall bracket.
Mounting on a surface
➤
Mount the base plate with four round-head bolts, washers and M 3 nuts
on a suitable surface (fig.
5
A, page 3). The diameter of the screw heads
may not exceed 6.5 mm.

Place the coffee maker onto the base plate and screw the coffee maker
down by tightening the knurled screw on the base plate (fig.
5
B,
page 3).
Connecting the coffee maker
➤
Check that the voltage specification on the type plate is the same as that
of the power supply.
➤
Connect the DC plug to a DC socket.

NOTE
You can also connect the coffee maker directly to the battery. Ob-
serve the following in the process:
– The connection must be fitted with its own fuse of at least 20 A.
– The connection cable may not exceed a length of 5 m (for 12 V)
or 11 m (for 24 V).
– The cross section must be at least 4 mm².
