Intended use
The RV-550/SWM rear view video system is a video system primarily designed for
use in passenger cars or caravans and HGVs with a 12 V power supply. It enables
the driver to observe the area directly behind the vehicle from the driver's seat, for
example, when parking.
Since the rear view system is designed merely as an additional aid for reversing,
it does
not
relieve you of the duty to take proper care when reversing
.

Technical description
The rear view video system consists of a black and white camera with a motor-driven
protective cover, a switch box and an LCD monitor. The switch box is switched on via
the reversing light. The monitor and the camera are switched on by the switch box.
