SUPPORT OPTIONS
If you have a problem with your Cintiq, review
section to make sure the Cintiq is set up and
installed correctly.

If you cannot find the answer you need in this manual, you may find updated information about your
problem in the Notes file linked to the driver download screen on the Wacom website. You can also
check the product FAQs (

If you have an Internet connection, you can download and install the latest software drivers from the
Wacom website for your region. See

Check the Support options on the Wacom website for your region. You may find answers to your
questions without having to make a phone call.

If you cannot solve the problem and you think your Wacom product is not working properly, contact the
Wacom support staff for the area where your product was purchased. You can find contact information
by checking the Wacom website for your region.
When you call, you should be at your computer with the following information available:

This manual.
•
Serial number. (See the label on the back of the Cintiq.)
•
Driver version number. (Click on the Wacom Tablet control panel A
BOUT
button.)
•
The make and model of your computer, and operating system version number.
•
The make, model, and connection type of your video card.
•
A list of peripheral devices attached to your computer.
•
The software application and version you were using when the problem occurred.
•
The exact wording of any error message that appeared on your screen.
•
What happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
•
How you tried to solve the problem.
You can also contact the Support Center by visiting the Wacom website for your region and completing an
Email Inquiry form.
SERVICE AND REPAIR
If you have a problem with your Cintiq and have not been able to resolve it, please contact Wacom
Support. See
Important: If a solution for the problem requires that you send your Cintiq to an authorized service
location for any reason, you must back up all your data and digital materials before returning your
Cintiq. To protect your privacy and personal information, Wacom or its designated service provider
must erase all data and reinstall the operating system image on the Cintiq before replacing the
battery or performing any other repair or service, whether or not covered by the product warranty.
