Below is a table of causes and solutions for various error codes.
Code Descriptions Possible Causes Solutions

Humidity sensor
failure
The humidity sensor is
damaged. Contact the customer
service center.
E1
Temperature
sensor failure
The temperature sensor is
damaged. Contact the customer
service center.
E2
E3 Gas leak
The ambient temperature is too
high. Move the appliance to a
cooler location.
E3 appears many times.
Contact the customer
service center.
P1
The bucket is
pulled out
The bucket isn’t in the proper
position. Reinstall the bucket and
in the proper position.
E5 Pump failure
The pump drainage kit was not
installed.
Install the pump drainage
kit, then start pump
function.
A non-standard drainage pipe is
in use. Use the manufacturer's
original pipe.
The drain cover is not tightened. Tighten the cover.
The rubber washer is missing. Reinstall the washer.
Poor connection between the
drain pipe and drain cover.
Check the connection of
the drain pipe and drain
cover.
Note:
1. The codes "P1" and "E5" will only be displayed for the pump model.
2. If "E3" appears, check if the ambient temperature range is below 32°C.
If the ambient temperature is over 32°C, move the appliance to a location below 32°C
(30°C is recommended) for two hours before continued operations.
Start the appliance. If "E3" appears again within 2 hours, please contact the service center.
