Troubleshooting

Roller operates

erratically

• Clutch is worn
• Incorrect belt tension
• Faulty pulley mounts
• Faulty linkages
• Exciter bearings binding
• Gear case bearings binding or

gears are jammed

• Faulty hydrostatic transmission

• Check the waer and damaged

clutch or the loose fasteners.

• Check the belt tension.

Replace the worn or damaged
belts.

• Tighten the set screws and the

other mounting hardwares.

• Check the controls, linkages

and connections.

• Grease or replace the exciter

bearings.
