   INSTALLING THE ADAPTER PLATE

1.  Remove one of the three mounting plate screws from the 

mounting ring and loosen the other two screws (do not remove).

2.  Install the adapter plate by twisting in the plate and tightening

the screws.

Using the screw from the previous step, screw-in the 
adapter plate. Tighten the two previously loosened 
screws.
