Troubleshooting
It is always advised to check the troubleshooting guide in the event of any issues before
making contact with Vytronix Ltd as many issues can be resolved quickly and easily at home.
BE SURE THAT THE UNIT IS DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER OUTLET AND COMPLETELY
COOLED DOWN BEFORE PERFORMING TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM

Reduced steam or no steam
Water tank may be empty
Fill water into the water tank
Steam nozzle may be blocked
Clean steam nozzle
There is no power to the unit
Make sure unit is plugged in
Steam control Knob is in
MIN.
T Turn steam control knob
C clockwise.
Unit will not turn on
Power cord not plugged in
Plug cord into a working
socket.
Internal fuse is blown
Replace fuse with
appropriate type.
