Play your announcement
Using a cordless handset or the
telephone base:
1. Press MENU when the phone is not
in use.
2. Press SELECT to select
Answering sys .
3. Press

again to select

.
4. Press or on the handset, or

PHONEBOOK /
on
the telephone base to scroll to

Delete your announcement
Using a cordless handset or the
telephone base:
1. Press MENU when the phone is not
in use.
2. Press

to select

3. Press
SELECT
again to select
Announcement.
4. Press or on the handset, or
CALLER ID / or PHONEBOOK /
on the telephone base to scroll to
Play annc , then press SELECT ..
5. While the announcement is
playing, press X/DELETE to delete
the announcement. The system
announces
“Announcement deleted”.

1. When the telephone base is in idle
mode, press
MENU
to enter the main
menu.
2. Press SELECT to select
Answering sys .
3. Press SELECT again to select
Announcement.
4. Press or on the handset, or
CALLER ID /

The screen shows

YES
to confirm. The screen
shows
Annc. reset to default.
NOTE
When your announcement is deleted, calls
are answered with the preset announcement.
