6.2. Tightening torque for bolts and nuts
The bolts and nuts must be tightened every year according to the tightening torque in this table.

6.3. Lubrication
•
Grease driving chains on a regular basis;
•
The guide of the driving wheel carrier and the plastic cams should be greased every day to ensure
that the machine follows the ground correctly and for correct drive (photo 1 no. 6);
•
Check regularly the grease level in the transmission;
•
Grease roller bearings annually (photo 5 no. 5).
At a trailed machine, the following points need to be regularly checked:
•
Lubricate the wheel assembly and drawbar pivots (photo 6 and 7 no. 4);
•
Keep the drawbar eye greased;
•
Adjust the brakes as necessary.
The transmission is filled with 0.5 liter Shell Gadus GL00 grease. The level should be +/- 2 cm.
Disassemble the control slide, and measure the level trough the slotted hole with a folding ruler.
