Brush is adjusted to low, adjust position using Brush
control lever. Best cleaning results are achieved with
minimal brush/carpet contact.

Replace if necessary.
Mechanical problem
Higher amp draws may indicate a mechanical
problem. Find parts which are not moving freely and
repair or replace.
