• Gently rotate the door in the direction
shown - then press lightly on the end of
the arm to secure the catch.
• To remove the hinge from the mounting
plate, press gently in the places shown
by the arrows.
• Remove metal cover plate on the hinge by
carefully prying it off with a screwdriver.
• Locate the lugs on the mounting plate into
the recesses beneath the arm.
• Adjusting this screw moves the door sideways to adjust the gap
between doors (minus 0.5 mm to plus 5.0 mm).
• To begin adjusting the door, remove the cover plate from the hinge.
• Cover plates are easily pulled off and replaced without tools.

• Adjusting this screw moves the door in or out from the cabinet
(minus 0.5 mm to plus 2.8 mm).
• Adjusting this screw moves the door vertically (plus or minus 2.0 mm).
