Water repulsion:
The mat is water resistant but not waterproof. If the control unit becomes too wet, it stops working.
It must then be dried before use. DO NOT immerse the control unit in water.
Temperature:
At lower temperatures, below approx. 15 ° C, it is possible that the mat becomes a little wavy.
This does not hinder its function. When the temperature rises, it will become flat again.
Battery Check:
If the batteries’ voltage drops below 2.8 V, the device will start to „beep“ and the LEDs will flash consecutively.
The device is no longer operational. Batteries must be replaced.
Troubleshooting:
1.
My pet is not responding
- Check whether the batteries are charged and the mat is switched on.
- Read Chapter „Step 2 - Testing“.
- Replace the batteries.

Red LED is not lit.
- If the red LED light does not blink every 3 min, please contact the dealer.

If your pet is particularly temperamental, it may be that you should not use the shock mat.
For aggressive pets we do not recommend using the „VOSS.PET Shock Mat“.
If you are unsure whether this mat is something for your pet, please ask your veterinarian or a certified dog trainer.

This product is intended for use with animals.
The „VOSS.PET Shock Mat“ is not intended to inflict pain and harm or provoke animals.
CAUTION:

DO NOT use this product on or near the stairs - slipping hazard.

Be careful NOT to trip over the mat or slip on it.

DO NOT use the mat near an open fire.
•
KEEP AWAY from children, the mat is not a children‘s toy.
•
DO advise other persons in the household and visitors that the mat is electric.
•
DO NOT use outdoors, indoor use only.
Please note:
If you are not planning to use „VOSS.PET Shock Mat“ for an extended period of time, remove the batteries from the control
unit. If you want to use the „VOSS.PET Shock Mat“ after a while, check the batteries first. If the „VOSS.PET Shock Mat“ is
not working properly, use new batteries (3x 1.5 V AA).
