Tips
• During the off-season or after extended
periods of non-use, you may choose to store
Sensa. To ensure long life of the product, it
is recommended to store Sensa by following
these instructions:
•
Always set Power Button to Off and unplug
Sensa before cleaning.
•
After unplugging unit, wrap cord neatly inside
the Power Cord Storage
•
Thoroughly clean Sensa. Use the brush
attachment on your household vacuum
cleaner to vacuum any accumulated dust on
Sensa or wipe down the entire surface with a
soft, dry cloth.
•
Cover, or place Sensa back into retail carton
if available. This will prevent the unit from
accumulating dust over time.
•
Store unit in a cool and dry location.
• The motor is permanently lubricated and
requires no oiling. Do not use gasoline, thinners,
solvents or other chemicals for cleaning.
Resetting Your Vornado Heater
Your Vornado Sensa has a multilevel
safety shut-off system designed to prevent
overheating. If this happens, the safety shut-
off system will cut power to the heater and
you will need to manually reset Sensa.
1.
Press Power Button Off and unplug
Sensa.
2.
Remove any obstructions and wait 5 –10
minutes, allowing Sensa to cool down.
3.
Plug in Sensa and press Power Button to
On. Your Vornado Sensa is ready.
Note:
If the safety shut-off system repeatedly
shuts off Sensa or if it will not reset, DO
NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE SENSA.
