PROBLEM
SOLUTION
Check that the battery is correctly inserted.
Brushes may be worn. Please contact a qualified
engineer to have them replaced.
TOOL DOES NOT POWER ON.
BLADE DOES NOT MOVE.
POOR CUTTING PERFORMANCE.
BLADE BECOMES HOT.
BLADE JUDDERING OR
VIBRATING ABNORMALLY.
The Saw Blade may be blocked. Power off and
remove the battery, safely remove the blockage.
Check that the Blade Clamp, Outer Flange and Saw
Blade are all correctly fitted.
Blade may have become worn. Replace as necessary.
You may be using the wrong type of Blade for the
material.
There may be a blockage. Remove the battery and
carefully remove the blockage.
Check that there are no obstructions.
Ensure the Saw Blade has been put on in the correct
direction.
Ensure the Blade Clamp Bolt is securely fastened.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
To clean the Circular Saw effectively, it is
recommended to use compressed air. If unavailable,
use a brush to remove dust and chips from the Saw.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure to clean the ventilation
outlets regularly so as to prevent the Saw from
overheating.
Clean the exterior body of the tool with a soft damp
cloth using mild detergent to remove dust. Dry
thoroughly.
CAUTION:
Never use any caustic agents - such as
gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, chlorinated cleaning
solvents, ammonia and household cleaners containing
ammonia - to clean the body of the tool.
Always check the tool for damage or wear before
each use. In particular, inspect the Saw Blade for wear
and replace if necessary.
Always store in a dry, frost-free place away from
children.

Always make sure that the Battery is removed from the Circular Saw before making adjustments or
performing maintenance to the tool.
