12-tonne version.
This version has the low chassis with
4.2-tonne front axle and 8.0-tonne rear
axle. It’s equipped with the 5-litre engine
delivering either 210 or 240 hp. The six-
speed manual gearbox is adapted to the
engine’s level of torque.
Volvo FL Sweeper.
The Volvo FL chassis can be factory-
prepared for sweeper applications. The air
tanks, fuel tanks, AdBlue tank, battery box
and exhaust system are then moved out of
the way to make room for frame-mounted
equipment. Two versions are available,
equipped with the Day cab. Choose
between 12 tonnes and 16 tonnes and
three wheelbases.
The package involves all parts of the
truck’s specification and will make the
truck perfectly and safely adapted for its
purpose.
16-tonne version.
More payloads require the medium chassis
and a 5.8-tonne front axle and a 10.9-tonne
rear axle. This version has the 6-cylinder,
8-litre engine delivering 250 hp. The gearbox
options are a six-speed or a nine-speed
manual gearbox.
