Mark the holes for the mounting plate on the A-post panel as
illustrated.
Drill out the holes. Use a Ø2.5 mm (3/32 ") drill bit.
Remove any swarf.

Take the microphone with mounting plate from the kit. The
microphone may be mounted on the mounting plate. If so,
detach it. It is held in place with two catches on the long sides.
Use two screws from the kit to fasten the mounting plate to the
A-post panel.
Caution!
The inflatable curtain is located within the A-post panel. It is
important that the screws that hold the mounting plate are filed
down if necessary so that they go evenly through the panel to
the right depth and do not damage the inflatable curtain.
Check how much of the screws protrudes on the reverse.
Unscrew the screws. File off the screws to the correct length.
Reinstall the screws.
