4. USE OF THE MACHINE
4.1. PREREQUISITES
•
The electric connection has to be 230 V - 16 A - 50 or 60 Hz with a 3 x 2,5 mm cable reel of 40m
maximum, completely unreeled.
4.2. STARTING UP
1.
Once the machine has been connected, the machine is in the stop mode, the display (G) shows OFF.
2.
One push of the ON/OFF button (1), the display (G) shows the set value of the turbines speed in %,
the warning light (L1) lights up, the machine is ready.
3.
Press the button (2), the turbines will start. The light (L2) lights up and the light (L3) flashes.
4. After 6 seconds, the carding motor starts up and the light (L3) remains lighted up.
5. Let the machine run on empty for about 30 seconds to verify its good functionning.

The machine is ready for work. Place the bundle of product to spray and make it fall down into the
tank.
7. Use the remote control to start or stop the running of the machine.

To modify the product flow-rate, increase or decrease the speed of the carding motor with help of the
(6) and (7) buttons.
9. In BLOWING ONLY mode (light (L4) lighted up), the carding motor does not run.
10.
Once the work is done, press the START/STOP button to stop the running. The carding motor stops
(the light (L3) lights off). After 6 seconds the turbines also stop and the light (L2) lights off.
4.3. ERROR CODES
The different error codes show up on the display (G).

Plug the machine into the power supply, assure the power supply is
230 V, verify the fuse in the electric box.
Emergency stop is
on.
Unlock the emergency stop button (AU).
Machine is in the
stop mode.
Switch the machine on by pressing on the button (1).
Default control

Set the machine to "OFF" for one minute and then switch it back on.
If the problem persists or if in doubt on the good running of the machine, do not try to repair
it by yourself or to dismantle it.
