Trouble shooting
Error message Error code Cause Solution
The unit is switched on
but does not work.
F01
Vehicle voltage is too
high.
Check the battery and
make sure that the
voltage is not higher
than 14.1V.
F02
The vehicle voltage is
too low to charge the
jumpstarter.
Check the battery and
make sure that the
voltage is not below
6V.
F03
The internal circuit is
interrupted.
Do not use the unit
and have it checked by
the technician.
F04
Time limit for charging
the jump starter
exceeded.
The charge of the
vehicle battery is too
low to be able to charge
the jumpstarter.
Charge or replace the
vehicle battery.
F05
You hold down the start
button to start the
vehicle (battery voltage
higher than 4.5V), but
the charge of the
capacitor is less than
80%.
1. Charge or replace
the vehicle battery.
2. Use another vehicle
battery to fully charge
the unit.
The unit does not switch
on.
LCD-Display
does not
light up
The jump starter is not
connected properly.
Connect the jump
starter according to
the recommendations
in the instructions.
The voltage of the
battery is lower than
4.5V.
Charge or replace the
vehicle battery.
