Connecting the thermostat
Make absolutely certain that the stated voltage range is not exceeded or not
reached The device will not function properly, and a short circuit could occur.
START UP/REPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES
Setting temperature target value
1. Press the SET key briefly to set the temperature.
2. Press SET again to toggle the current target value of the temperature.
3. As soon as the target value is displayed, you can adjust the desired target value with the
UP/DOWN buttons.
4. Pressing the FNC button applies the change, and the current temperature is displayed
again.
Method for reaching the remaining parameters
The ETC-902 lists all variables clearly in four folders: [CP], [diS], [CnF] and [FPr]
You can access the folders with the following method:
1. To get to the main menu, press the SET button for at least 5 seconds, until the [CP] logo
lights up.
2. To enter the folder, press the SET button again. Now the first parameter [diF] of the folder
should light up.
3. You can now navigate through the folder using the UP/DOWN buttons.
4. To view or change one of the variables, press SET while the parameter code is displayed
and you will reach the value. You can change the setting using the navigation buttons.
5. Press the FNC button to leave the settings menu; pressing it again brings you back to the
original main menu.
If the text [PAI] appears, a password is active.
To display the other folders, navigate with the UP/DOWN buttons in the main menu.
To view, change or leave the parameters, proceed as described above.

INTENDED USE
The ETC 902 is a temperature controller operated with 230 volts of alternating current that
is designed to control the relay with the help of a temperature sensor. The thermostat thus
enables the operation of a compressor for temperature regulation.
The safety instructions must absolutely be observed.
