Meter as below:
1. Insert the red test lead into the

Choose Relative Measurement because the
exist of compensatory capacitor can effect
the measure precision. Press
button, the
reading on the display goes to“0”, and then
parallel connect the test leads across with
the capacitor being measured.

The measured value shows on the display.
Note
z
The LCD will display
“OL”
indicating that
the capacitor under test is in short circuit or
the capacity under test is higher than the
range of the Meter.
z
Discharge all capacitors before measure.
z
To measure online capacitance, please turn
off power of the circuit and discharge all
capacitors.
z
If the capacitor under test has polarity,
place the red test lead on the component’s
anode and place the black test lead on the
component’s cathode.
z
For high-capacitance measurement
( 10µF), it is normal taking several
seconds to obtain a stable reading.
