FUNCTION AND PURPOSE
This unit is intended for use in mid-size commercial kitchens to
toast bread products and provides an option to toast different
types at the same time. The unit is not intended for high-volume
toasting operations or household, industrial, or laboratory use.
* Slices per hour is based on maximum conveyor speed, which deter-
mines toasting time and affects color and texture of the toast. Results
may vary based on bread type and color/texture preference.
CLEARANCE AND ENVIRONMENT
Do not place on surfaces/pieces of furniture or near walls or
partitions unless they are made of or clad with non-combustible,
heat-insulating material. Toasters must not be used near or
below curtains and other combustible materials.
Do not place the toaster adjacent to a heat-producing appliance.
SET UP
1. Place the toaster on a hard, flat, stable surface.
2. Turn the toaster on its side with the bottom facing you.
3. Install the collection pan by placing the back edge on the lip
at the back of the toaster. Line up the holes in the pan with
the screw and tighten the screw to secure.
