Manual Climate Control

Cool the Interior

1. 

Turn the temperature to MAX A/C.

2. 

Turn the fan speed to 6.

3. 

The A/C light will come on automatically to dehumidify and condition the air.

4. 

Turn the vent dial to the 

  setting.

5. 

After reaching the desired temperature, turn the fan speed down to a lower setting.

Heat the Interior

1. 

Turn the temperature dial to HI.

2. 

Turn the fan speed to 4.

3. 

Turn the vent dial to the 

  setting.

 

Seat Heating

• 

Press the     or     button for seat heating on maximum setting.

• 

Press the     or     button repeatedly to adjust heating level to desired setting.

• 

Press the     or     button repeatedly until all indicator lights are off to turn seat heating off.

Defrost/Defog

1. 

Turn the temperature dial to HI.

2. 

Turn the fan speed to 4.

3. 

Turn the vent dial to the  

  setting.

Note: Manual climate control is available on certain trim lines. In the event of significant fogging, opening a window briefly can help.

Heating and Air Conditioning

• 

To cool off or warm up the interior automatically, press the AUTO button to turn the system on. AUTO mode 

controls temperature, fan speed and air distribution. The AUTO mode shuts off if fan speed or air distribution 

settings are adjusted manually. 

• 

Adjust the driver’s temperature dial to your preferred setting.

• 

Press the SYNC button to synchronize the temperatures between the zones. If there is a large temperature 

difference between the two zones, it may hamper the system’s ability to quickly cool the interior.

• 

In extreme heat, press the MAX A/C button. When a comfortable temperature has been reached, press the  

AUTO button.

Note: Climatronic Climate Control is an optional feature.

 

 

Max Defrost/Rear Defrost

1. 

Press the Max Defrost button. It is recommended to turn the temperature setting to HI for quickest  

defrost/defogging.

2. 

The A/C function comes on automatically and it is recommended to leave A/C on to dry the air.

3. 

When the windshield is clear, press the AUTO button.

Switch on outside mirror heating  

 . Heats only at outside air temperatures below +68F (+20C).

Note: In the event of significant fogging, opening a window briefly can help.
