2x Handlebar riser with offset
6x Screw M8x30 (8.8) T45
2x Screw M8x30 (8.8) T40
1x cable tie

1x Mounting instruction
Disassembly:
Remove the upper halves of the handlebars clamps.
Mounting:
The handlebar risers are used directly on the lower
handlebar bracket (clamp mountings on the top yoke)
under the handlebar.
In the position shown in the picture (right side),
please
use the screws marked "FKE 8.8"!
The other T45
screws are used in the field of view.
Torque:
23Nm
The original clamp parts are fitted
with the enclosed M8x30 T45 screws
(please proceed according to the
manufacturing book!). See pictures
(left). Check the screws regularly for
a tight fit!

Note:
R1200GS:
Please ensure that the brake and clutch hose and cables are not
tensioned or chafed even when the handlebar is at steering stop. If the
brake line is tensioned, proceed as follows: The brake line is attached to the
frame holder behind the control tube with a cable tie. Remove this cable tie.
Secure the brake cable to the frame using the enclosed cable clip (see
picture right side). This is relieved by the higher position. If the clutch cable
is tensioned, you can pull it out of the vehicle to the handlebar.
S1000XR:
In some cases the length of the brake and clutch lines is not
sufficient. These must be extended by the dealer. Alternatively, the steering
angle can also be reduced.
