System Connections
The Axsys L2 uses pins +1 and -1 for its input.
Axsys L2's speakon connectors are wired in parallel, so either speakon can be used as the input.
The other speakon can be used as a link output.
Notes
The Axsys L2 bass enclosure requires the use of an active crossover or digital loudspeaker
management system. Suggested settings are a 34 Hz Hi pass filter with a 24 dB/oct Butterworth
slope and anywhere between 80 to 130 Hz with a 24 dB/oct Butterworth slope for the Lo pass filter.
The above settings would be a starting point and because of the differences in other equipment used,
room acoustics and source material, experimentation is required to achieve the desired response.
Precautions
Please consider the following precautions during use :
1. Install the Axsys L2 in a dry environment, do not expose the cabinet to rain or moisture.
2. The Axsys L2 contains very powerful magnets. Do not locate an enclosure near any
sensitive equipment such as; VDU monitors, TV's or high gain preamplifiers.
