4-pole cable, because bass is on 2+/2-
Use 4-pole cable. Assignment of the basses is always on Speakon 2+/2-.
2-pole cables are always wired to 1+/1- as standard and the bass would not receive a signal.
It is also possible (only recommended in fixed installations) to assemble 2-pole cable to 2+/2-.
In mobile use this would be a potential source of error, which is why we generally
only recommend the use of 4-pole cables for all loudspeakers.
