Check and complete the filling of the system with
liquid.

Check the delivery geometric height.
·
Check pressure losses in the delivery pipe
(partially closed valve, foreign bodies, back
pressure too low).

The discharge head is too high (higher than that
for which the pump was selected).

The pump is not primed.

The suction lift is too high (insufficient NPSH).

Check that NPSHavailable > NPSHrequired

Check and release obstruction.
