INSTALLATION
Prior to installation please confirm the type of pressure the tap is to be operating in:
• For unequal low pressure
, install needle valve to cold port (valve included in pack). When commissioning,
adjust valve to achieve maximum performance.
• For an equal low pressure
installation, simply remove the valve inserts from both inlets, prior to installation.
• For equal mains pressure
, prior to installation, remove the valve inserts from both inlets.
The installation must comply with Section 5.4 of AS/NZS 3500 Standard with regard to Isolating stop cock use. As
per AS/NZS 3500.1:2300 clause 3.3.4, the maximum operating pressure at any outlet, other than a fire service outlet,
within a building does not exceed 500kpa.
To install, mount body within wall cavity, noting the free-way for the face-plate adjustment.
