4.6 - Lowering:
When lowering the lift, pull up the locking
pin on the safety catch (M3) and rotate the
hand crank of the winch counterclockwise (N)
lowering the load until the third profile is
completely folded.
Pull the safety pin on the safety catch
(M2) and continue lowering the lift until the
second profile is completely folded.
Pull the safety pin on the safety catch
(M1) and continue lowering the load until the
lift is at its minimum height.
The lift can then be left in this position.
4.7 - To transport the lift you must lower all the
profiles completely, locking them with the safety
catches (M1, M2, M3)
To remove the legs, pull the pin on the
catches and put them in their transport mode.
5. Maintenance.
5.1 - The cables should be checked regularly
for wear (i.e. kinks, fraying, single strand
Breakage, etc. ). Worn cables must be replaced
immediately. Do not use the lift with worn
cables.
Only use handle cables DIN 3060
.
5.2 - The lift has been lubricated in the factory.
It is nevertheless recommended that you
lubricate the gear drive, the bearing brushes
on the drive shaft and drum hub, the handle
threads and the tower sections.
ATTENTION:
Do not apply oil or grease to the brake
mechanism.
The brake washers have been greased
with a special heat and pressure resistant
grease. Do not use other greases as this will
affect the winch brake performance.
It is not necessary to grease the brake
washers.
5.3 - The TE-064PRO Lift must be inspected
by trained personnel at least once annually.
5.4 - In order to maintain the warranty, the
original parts of the manufacturer’s design
must be used.
The user forfeits all warranty rights to
claim if parts other than those of the
manufacturer are used or the product is modi-
fied in any other way.
5.5 - When spare parts are required, you must
quote the reference number as included in this
booklet.
