Caring for VLAZE

Scratches & impact

•  Always keep the surfaces clean and wiped down as small

particles can cause abrasion.

•  Avoid impact of heavy or sharp items to the edges and surface.
•  Avoid placing very hot objects directly on the surface.
•  Darker colours will show abrasions more than lighter colours.
•  Never use abrasive cleaning chemicals, scrapers, wire wool or

scotch pad scourers to clean the surface.

Damage or chips

If you do damage the edge or surface by scratching or chipping the
enamel glaze then please do not attempt to repair yourself.  Keep it
dry and clean and contact your VLAZE supplier.

Finally...

While vitreous enamel is an exceptionally hard wearing material
it is not unbreakable or completely scratch resistant. It should be
considered as a decorative surface that will age gracefully and gain
character over years of use.
